1. Disclaimer
GPA for Coins Pty Ltd provides the GPA for Coins Service (“GPAC”) to you on an 'as
is' basis. Whilst we use our reasonable endeavors to ensure the accuracy of the
information provided on the GPAC service, GPA for Coins Pty Ltd:
- Does not warrant or guarantee the accuracy, reliability or legality of any of
the information contained in the GPAC service;
- Expressly disclaims all or any warranties, express or implied, relating to the
GPAC service, including in particular any warranties of merchantability or fitness
for a particular purpose;
- Will not be liable to you under any circumstances whatsoever for any direct,
indirect, consequential, punitive or special damages arising from your use of the
GPAC service;
- Reserves the right, at its discretion, from time to time to make changes to the
information provided on the GPAC service, to alter the nature of the GPAC service
or to withdraw the GPAC service.
You are therefore advised to check the information provided to you through the
GPAC service as any reliance that you place on the accuracy of that information
is at your own risk.
2. Use of GPAC
The GPAC service offers users data, for which users must register and purchase
one of GPAC’s credit packages.
3. Credit Packages
In order for you to be granted access to GPAC you must purchase one of our credit packages. As part of a special offer and/or promotion,
users might be offered free access to certain or all parts of the GPAC service.
GPA for Coins Pty Ltd reserves the right to discontinue this free access at any
time and with no notice given. A session (twelve hours) is activated when a subscriber
accesses the GPAC service using their unique username and password.
4. Restrictions on Use of the GPAC Service
You may not sell, rent, or lease the information provided on the GPAC service
to any third parties. You may not integrate the GPAC service into another intranet/extranet
unless with the explicit written authorization from GPA for Coins Pty Ltd. You may
not use automated scripts, software, spiders or any other automated means to perform
searches on GPAC. Any attempt to extract or download significant amounts of data
from GPAC or to compile a database from data obtained from GPAC is strictly forbidden.
You are only entitled to use the information provided on the GPAC service in responsible
ways and this information may not be used in any malicious, illegal or anti-social
activity. We redeem the right to suspend any accounts where a user has supplied
GPAC with a false email address or false personal data.
5. Intellectual Property
The data and information contained on the GPAC service, the software used to operate
it and the trade marks, logos and other intellectual property used in connection
with it are the property of GPA for Coins Pty Ltd. No license of any such intellectual
property rights is granted to you as a result of your use of the GPAC service.
6. Fair Resource Usage
Any subscriber that consumes excessive resources such as disk space, CPU time,
memory, bandwidth or any other resource that negatively impacts other subscribers
or the performance of GPAC systems or network will be served notice and requested
to reducing the resource to an acceptable level. GPAC shall be the sole arbitrator
of what is considered to be excessive usage. Failure to comply with such requests
may result in account termination without refund.
7. The Rights of GPA for Coins Pty Ltd
By using this web site you allow GPA for Coins Pty Ltd to:
- Send you emails relating to your registration, purchases and account, including
site upgrades.
- If you select to receive the GPAC Market Wrap-up reports we will email you the
regular GPAC Market Wrap-up reports.
- Keep a log file of all activity, which can be made available to data providers
and/or the law enforcement authorities if requested.
- Email preferences can be changed from within the Your Account area.
